Dead Of The Living Night

Dead of the Living Night

Artwork for a collaboration with Jonathan Cammisa for a 4 volume zine which evolved into an installation that opened at Live with Animals in Brooklyn and Space 1026 in Philadelphia in 2009.

Dead of the Living Night consisted of 4 zines, out of which were produced 8 posters. A recreation of the horror section of a movie rental store and the Beat Ride – where riders would mount a moveable recreation of Falcor’s back from the Neverending Story – were built inside of a monolithic structure that was the centerpiece of the show.

An Uncanny Likeness

An Uncanny Likeness

An Uncanny Likeness

Series of digitally manipulated found photographs, shown at the now defunct WORK Gallery in January 2009 and a part of the Dead of the Living Night project.

In each found image a composite face was created from various features of people in the photographs. The composite face was then applied over the actual face of each person, with features adjusted to fit each one so they are all wearing a variation of the same likeness creating an odd effect.
